Mr. Manoj Nagrath enrolled as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 1983. He has a rich experience of over 35 years in almost every facet of the practice relating to Direct Tax, Assurance, Transactions & Corporate Advisory, Accounting, Compliances and Arbitration. He has performed a wide range of assignments in the above areas including joint venture consulting, planning for corporates and non-residents, structuring/ re-structuring of businesses in India, strategic and business consulting, due diligence, business acquisitions and has appeared before various regulatory authorities.
Varun Nagrath is a Partner in the Firm and brings in a progressive and enthusiastic approach to client service. A lawyer by profession, he has over 7 years of professional experience during which he has represented both individual and corporate clients before the Delhi High Court, District Courts and various Tribunals. He has also gained rich experience in Taxation Advisory, Valuations, Due Diligence, and Transaction Advisory. He is a dedicated professional, who strives, at all times, to ensure that clients receive expeditious solution which meets their specific requirements.
He was previously associated with Ernst and Young as a part of their Taxation department and has also worked under eminent Seniors Lawyers in the Delhi High Court and Supreme Court of India.
Varun graduated from Delhi University with a degree in B.com(Hons.). He pursued his LL.B from Jindal Global Law School and thereafter completed his LL.M during which he was nominated to attend various legal conferences and seminars across Europe.
Mansoor Anwar is an Economics Honours graduate from Kashmir University,Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (Qualified 1982) and Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (qualified 1983). He has 32 years of diverse experience, having worked in Management Services, Cement, Steel, and Automotive industries.
Having pursued her LLB from Campus Law Centre, Delhi University, Madhu enrolled as an Advocate in the Delhi Bar Council in 1985. She has handled innumerable matters related with corporate and allied laws. With substantial commercial expertise, she has been providing practical and professional assistance on contractual issues covering diverse areas of business. Her experience enables her to provide legal advice which is not only creative and effective, but which at all times is delivered keeping the best interests of the client in mind.
Mohita Srivastava is an advocate by profession and is a part of the tax advisory and litigation department of the firm. She pursued her under graduate degree in Mathematics Honours from Jesus and Mary College, University of Delhi, and thereafter she completed LLB from the Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi in the year 2015. She has a rich experience in civil litigation, having appeared extensively at the Delhi High Court, district courts and the Tribunals.
As a part of the tax team of the firm, her practice area covers a spectrum of tax matters including domestic as well as international tax advisory, and transfer pricing. Mohita handles tax litigations, compliances as well as representation before the Income Tax and transfer pricing authorities.
